The Accu-Volume System puts the “Precision” in spraying by accurately measuring and displaying a “live, real time” amount of every gallon of solution within the sprayer’s tank(s). With Digital Displays being mounted, one inside the cab and another at the load station. This will give the operator a live display while filling and spraying product out of the sprayers tank(s) down to the last gallon. The Accu-Volume System alleviates all the challenges for operators while loading the solution tank and in the field spraying product. This allows you to confidently fill the machine to the desired amount of solution and Spray out exactly the amount of solution that you intended. So you will never run short of product.
IT'S ALL ABOUT ACCURACY -----
Its accuracy is still maintained even when loading on uneven ground for example on the side of the road. The Accu-Volume System takes the guess work out from reading the liquid level in the sight tube which is only a guess at best. While loading the operator can confidently fill his machine faster, safer, add chemical, clean jugs out better and precisely fill to the desired amount of solution accurately with the Digital Load Station Display that is in clear view even up to 30 ft away. Installation is simple and only requires our single monitoring sensor to be mounted near the bottom of the sump that allows liquid to reach it and mounting of the displays, one in the cab and another at the load station. A great spot to mount the sensor on the Deere machines is where the sight tube port exits the tank, the sensor can be T’d into the fitting between the tank and the sight tube. Installation normally takes about 1 ½ hrs and one time calibration takes approximately 40-45 min. The Accu-Volume System is expandable to monitor the Hydraulic reservoir preventing loss of oil to a few quarts vs losing 16 gallons. Also accurately measure the Fresh (Rinse) Water Tank, Chemical Inductor or Induction Tanks, and a future Weather Station. All are preprogrammed and wired to plug and play into the industrial connections on our control box.
